Degree requirements for every program offered in the John Cook School of Business consist of four groups of classes:
商学院所提供的所有专业都要求学生完成四个方面的课程：

1. The Arts and Sciences Core Requirements,

2. The Business Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) Requirements,

3. The courses specific to the concentration, and

4. Elective courses

Electives are courses selected by the student. They are not limited to business courses and may be chosen from any area of study within the University, thus giving the student the opportunity to diversify his/her background. The number of electives required depends upon the business concentration chosen, with a minimum of 120 hours required for the degree. In addition, a minimum of 48 credits of arts and sciences courses must be taken (see Arts and Sciences Core Requirements).
选修课程不只限于商业课程，可以使任何一门学校提供的课程。选修课程的数量取决于学生专业课的数量。在完成专业可要求以及完成120个学分的学位要求的情况下，学生可任意选择选修课程。除此之外，48个学分的文理课程必须完成的（详见文理必修课）。

The John Cook School of Business requires all business majors to take the following courses in Arts and Sciences, totaling 48 hours:

* Upper division foreign language may be substituted; however, students for whom English is a second language may not complete requirement in their native language.
** Students exempt from MATH 120 must replace with another approved math course.
*** Requirement must be met by the end of sophomore year or will not be allowed to register for any business classes; MATH 142 (Calculus 1) or higher level calculus course may be substituted.

注解：1. 可选择高等级的外国文学课，但是英语为第二语言的学生不可以选择自己本土语言的学科来完成
2. 不选择MATH120的学生必须选择另外一门学院同意的数学课程
3. MATH132必须在大二结束之前完成，否则学生不可以注册商学院的其他课程。MATH142或者更高等级的课程可以取代MATH132。
